Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

SAP SuccessFactors is our organizations primary source for employee HR transactions.

Pros

  • Hire employee
  • Transfer employee
  • Employee compensation increase

Cons

  • Our organization has a need for employee having dual employment. The concurrent employment process could use improvement.
  • This is TBD due to the fact we are currently only using SAP SucessFactors. We are currently implementing ESS, as well as ECP.
This is currently a pain point for my organization. We we are using SAP SuccessFactors but currently still using a custom built system for Payroll. In my experience, the two do not cooperate well. We are constantly having replication issues due to this fact. We are implementing ECP so we are looking forward to having two systems that work together.
We implemented SAP SuccessFactors almost 2 years ago and we are currently implementing ECP. We are looking forward to Go-Live.

We are a public sector organization, so we have unique needs and requirements. We could definitely use some improvement in the areas of concurrent employment as well as the purging process for no show employees.
