I also actively use Performance and Goals to help deliver outcomes to support the business and define ratings for annual assessments. SAP SuccessFactors could not maximize job postings to drive candidates directly to our job site. Having this ability intrinsic to SF would maximize value further for organizations. Also made a strategic decision to use Avature CRM to enhance our TA experiences.
