Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

As an employee, I use SAP SuccessFactors to view my current position and key employment data. I also actively use Performance and Goals to help deliver outcomes to support the business and define ratings for annual assessments. As a BRM, I work closely with our HR leads and COE's to identify opportunities for optimization or new engagements within the system.

While it does offer ease, most organizations overlook the internal custom processes which impact expected outcomes.
Global regulatory changes are not easy to navigate against. Having a solidified partner that looks out for their customer and delivers a compliant product is crucial to our organization's success.
Current experience with SAP to support our company spin has been fantastic. They partnered with our implementation partner for a successful Day 1.
SAP SuccessFactors could not maximize job postings to drive candidates directly to our job site. Having this ability intrinsic to SF would maximize value further for organizations. Also made a strategic decision to use Avature CRM to enhance our TA experiences.
