Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors
SAP SuccessFactors is used to manager the full employee life cycle from hiring. onboarding, HRCM, succession and career planning. We are looking to optimize our use and improve the employee experience. We integrate heavily with Microsoft products. My focus is talent development and management.

- In my opinion, there's so much customization it's over whelming where to start
- In my opinion, modules are disconnected for user experience (many, many clicks to get anywhere)
- In my opinion, customization of reporting is difficult
- In my opinion, documentation is in too many places
- In my opinion, You need a SAP degree to administer to SAP
- In my opinion, really difficult to get customer support vs go read for hours
- Great for talent acquisition with a repeatable process so long as the process does not change
- Requires more people to administer the system as it's complex
We require a third party to help implement. In my opinion, it's very complex and customizable system that still does not meet many of our user needs. In my opinion, it's good for a few groups but painful for many.
We did not select SAP SuccessFactors for learning or career management. It was a decision made by our HRCM group and they thought it was a great idea to buy all the applicable modules without consultation.
