Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

We currently use several of the SAP modules. I primarily use the Recruiting Module in my role. We are currently using RCM and RMK globally for all external and internal hiring.

Pros

  • Provides technical solutions for business challenges
  • SAP Community
  • SuccessConnect

Cons

  • In my experience, It can be challenging at times to get solutions in place in a timely manner
  • In my opinion, UI is outdated
  • Make it easier to implement new functionality
  • Global tool for recruiting
  • careers site
I don't integrate with other tools in my role but have heard a lot of challenges from our technical team

We are looking at implementing a CRM to support us with high volume hiring via AI, it would be great to have that feature in SAP SuccessFactors.
