Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors
We are currently implementing SAP SuccessFactors with the first roll-out of EC going live in January 2023 and RCM soon following. We had to pause the roll-out of RCM this year due to the debate of whether or not we had to be on the NS2 platform (we do). We are now picking back up with our implementation roadmap and look forward to completing RCM, performance & goals, compensation, and learning in the next 18 months - 2 years. Thus far, we have had some hiccups and are working through issues with the I-9/E-Verify process.
Pros
- Employee user experience
- Connecting / integrating with other systems
- Ease of use as HR practitioner
Cons
- Requiring a third party for configuration
- Delay in NS2 features being released
- Slow responses
- We have not received ROI yet
- Too early in implementation to measure
It's been a long and rough road from finding out what we were sold (commercial) was not what we needed (NS2) and revamping the entire project plan to include finding new implementation partners.
