Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors
I love how easy SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central is to utilize across the globe. It allows us to maintain data accuracy, streamline processes, and create global solutions.
Pros

Cons
- Integrations. Understanding how data moves between other SAP products.
- Streamline system verbiage. Why is it a cost center in one system and an organization unit in another?
- Communicate between SAP teams. If I have a question between EC and S4 Hana then I should be able to easily get people from both teams on the phone.
- Reporting, reporting, reporting. I just started User Stories but the old reporting was not great. People want reports emailed to them.
- Automation of tasks
- Employee self service
- Management self service
I have implemented EC globally at three separate companies on the client side since 2015. I also have done multiple integrations with ECC, payroll, BenefitFocus, S4, and other products.
