Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

I love how easy SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central is to utilize across the globe. It allows us to maintain data accuracy, streamline processes, and create global solutions.
  • Flexibility
  • Ease of use
  • Global compliance
  • Integrations. Understanding how data moves between other SAP products.
  • Streamline system verbiage. Why is it a cost center in one system and an organization unit in another?
  • Communicate between SAP teams. If I have a question between EC and S4 Hana then I should be able to easily get people from both teams on the phone.
  • Reporting, reporting, reporting. I just started User Stories but the old reporting was not great. People want reports emailed to them.

I think there are too many implementation partners who do not understand how to properly set up EC to implement with other systems and this has caused issues at TWO of the companies I've worked at in the past. If your EC isn't set up correctly, then it is extremely difficult to use delivered integrations and forces customization.
I have implemented EC globally at three separate companies on the client side since 2015. I also have done multiple integrations with ECC, payroll, BenefitFocus, S4, and other products.

I think SAP SuccessFactors is easy to use, easy to train on, and great for all companies. Having used it at three different companies now, it is one of my favorite HR products. Areas for improvement are mostly with preferred partners during implementation.
