Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

We use SAP SuccessFactors for EC, RCM, ONB and learning. Most of our users complain about the issues related to replication of data to and from SuccessFactors. Also, the number of steps in the onboarding and recruiting processes. If that could be streamlined that would be great.
