Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors
Manage employee data. Talent development, recruiting, succession and reward. We use one global platform for all employees. SAP SuccessFactors is at the core of all HR-related activities. Support for recruiting and overall employee life cycle. In the end SuccessFactors was a great fit for our organization at Boehringer Ingelheim globally and locally

Overall great implementation experience
SAP SuccessFactors was less expensive and had better integration than Workday Cloud Platform.
