Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

We use SAP SuccessFactors for all of our talent processes - goal setting, performance reviews, talent reviews, development planning, and succession planning. We use it for all salaried an hourly technicians

  • We have almost 100 compliance for our annual review process
