Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

We use EC as our system of record for HR employee data and talent management with replication to on-prem sap for payroll.

  • Custom business rules.
  • Look and feel continuously improves.
  • Granular security.
  • Integrations between learning, recruiting and onboarding.
  • Reporting ad hoc and canvas are not as flexible or easy to use.
  • Continuous performance discussions.
  • HR transaction automation and centralization.
  • Improved visibility.
The ability to customize is great but we need more built-in best practices.
I have positive experience implementing all modules, but I really need optimization workshops to happen alongside so SAP can consult on design decisions we have made.
