Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

We use Success Factors for a wide range of important HR related tasks such as recruitment, performance reviews, training, as a source of employee and organizational information.

Pros

  • The application as a whole is very intuitive and interactive
  • Friendly experience from a visual and performance perspective

Cons

  • Better customizability with permissions.
  • Integration between modules.
  • Increased HR productivity
  • Offers the housed data reliably and securely
  • Employee Experience
There are some modules that tend to be difficult to integrate with and although can be connected to Success Factors are usually limited with their features or provide redundant features/info that have to be replicated in the main SF application as well the other module causing repetitive tasks. I found the Learning Management module to have these issues.

The recruitment module specifically, seems to be very well thought out and well designed from a workflow perspective. The entire module is very feature rich and integrated well with the standard information and settings stored in the main application.
