Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

We are currently implementing SSFF. As an HR Professional I find it useful but on the Position Management I would like better capability, we do not use Employee Central.

  • Recruitment process integrated with SAP.
  • How to manage overlapping positions
  • Job code displaying only a number for recruitment.
  • To be seen in the future, we are implementing
For the testing it hasn't been very friendly, we had to upload information manually.
This is more on the ITE side. As an HR professional I have had some challenges with how Organizational Management data will be used.

Yes

In our case it replaces the use of 2 systems into only one system. However, it depends on other systems like employee central for full functionality of position management.

Using SAP SuccessFactors

It is very practical but very dependent on having other products to complement the experience, these products can't be necessarily bought at once.
