Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors
We are currently implementing SSFF. As an HR Professional I find it useful but on the Position Management I would like better capability, we do not use Employee Central.
Pros
- Track candidate
- Display is user friendly.
- Recruitment process integrated with SAP.
Cons
- How to manage overlapping positions
- Job code displaying only a number for recruitment.
- To be seen in the future, we are implementing
This is more on the ITE side. As an HR professional I have had some challenges with how Organizational Management data will be used.
