Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

We use it as a one-stop shop for all HR-related items for all our employees. We needed a program that housed both employee benefit info and offered learning. We’re at the point where we can get more invested in other modules and really use the modules we have at their full potential.
  • We can have all the info we need in one place.
  • The mobile app is easy to use.
  • The external learning was easily implemented.
  • The whole software is not user friendly from and admin side.
  • A lot of our problems have stemmed from our implementation partner not having the knowledge and experience we needed.
  • Updates to the system have been made and it’s affected too many entities in our learning module. Settings to previous uploads needed to be changed, the previous settings applied did not work the same, etc. constant updates are needed.
  • We have a focus on implementing more technology procedures, and this is a step in the right direction.
I’ve only experienced implementing LinkedIn Learning, and it was very easy.
Not great. Aspire didn’t do us a lot of favors and did not have the experience we needed to be successful. Report building has been a struggle; the learning module has been complicated in delivering what we need, and important functions either don’t work or constantly need to be updated.

Do you think SAP SuccessFactors delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with SAP SuccessFactors's feature set?

Yes

Did SAP SuccessFactors live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of SAP SuccessFactors go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy SAP SuccessFactors again?

Yes

If we had a better implementation partner, I think everything would be better. I’ve seen what all the software can do, and we’re either maneuvering through a “workaround” or not using it correctly.
