We are looking to provide a 1 stop shop for all things HR while providing efficient and effective processes for HR and the broader GLC team. Transparency and availability of our employee's data to the employees is also desired. Making self-service a reality for not only our managers but also each individual contributor.

We had an incredible journey, which was really helped along by our SI, CapGemini. They surrounded us with competent, professional resources both onshore and offshore, which made for an efficient and cost-effective 18-month full-suite goLive that rivals the best I have ever experienced. That relationship has continued six years later as we have many of those same resources available to us.
Workday is a prettier solution, no doubt, but the flexibility that SuccessFactors provides is clearly the better solution for those who would like to have the ability to have the tool adjust to them, as opposed to the other way around. Generally, the total cost of ownership has been cheaper with SuccessFactors as well.
