Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors
We use SAP SF for daily human resource activities. We recruit onboard and hire candidates through SAP. Being a construction company we have a lot of hires and terminations on a daily basis and implementing SAP SF has made this process so easy. The seemless integration between recruiting, onboarding and Employee CEntral helps with the recruiter experience and candidates experience and saves a lot of time in getting them into the payroll system

I have been a part of the implementation for onboarding and it has been a great and very collaborative. It was very easy to modify the product to accommodate our organizations processes.
