Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

Use to check my leaves and In and out time also review my team in and out time. It's more complicated than Kronos but I think if we make it more compatible like IOS software. It would be easier to use. Initially it's keep getting stuck and take time to roll but we can fix it.. Hope this give clearer picture.

It's still on working mode previously I used Kronos to the daily battle and to be honest it was quite reliable and easy to use but recent updation to SAP make us bit confused like seriously this is totally different from Kronos and SAP is little bit more complicated than Kronos so all I wish is to make it more simple and accurate like Kronos
It was quite hard to adjust from Kronos to SAP and we did it in 3 month after roll out. Initially it was quite confusing and frustrating as we find difficult to use to it and implement changes but after our daily struggle we overcome it and now we finding it easier because of past experience
More easy now to work on SAP then Kronos. It took me a while but we did it previously It was difficult for me but as time flies we did it

Kronos Workforce Dimensions / UKG Dimensions (discontinued)
SAP takes time to load and it keeps getting stuck. If we add more graphic or increase its server capacity it will be more reliable other than that it's a clean software which need regular and clean update like IOS. Hope this will work. Do improve the UI good luck!
