Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

Using SAP SuccessFactors to track update my General information which includes payment, career, Employment, compensation, learning assistance, Time management and COVID 19 declaration. Using it to view Org Chart. Applying for leaves or any kind of salary advance. Using it for performance tracking for my team members and reporting at my work place

I rate it maximum because the integration part is easy with any tool which makes our work easier.
Preferably one of the most employee friendly software to be used. Details available is self sufficient to manage any employee lifecycle at the org. Very useful to all new comers as navigation is very easy.
We got it implemented to manage the onboarding of 10000 people at our org. This process was simple and we were provided all the support in implementing the same. Overall experience was amazing.
Additional features such as comp details and team management is is something which attracted us. Ease of using the tool as compared to Darwin box was good.

Best part is that you can view your learnings and plan for further learnings,
Managing your goals is something which I want some improvement where in this can be made little more detailed
