The time and efforts spent on implementing and maintaining SAP SuccessFactors with other systems are challenging.The customisation option is not really helpful to meet the specific needs of our company and I find the processes clunky. UI-wise it doesn't look nice or modern. I'm not sure if it is just the way my organization has it configured, but the processes are difficult.
