Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

used as an applicant tracking, onboarding, employee central and payroll system

Pros

  • tracking applicant
  • integration with HireRight

Cons

  • tracking portfolios for applicants outside of just resumes
  • state specific wage forms are difficult to build / send out to new employees
  • everything is in one spot; improves position management
it's not bad to work but there's a lot our teams cannot have access to update or change, so we're never truly independant
having everything in one place helps keep data clean, as employees can better understand the downstream effects and how each module affects the others.
improve speed of certain manual tasks to free up employees to work on other projects
