We utilize SAP SuccessFactors for the full suite. This helps address various areas inside of talent development as well as enhancing the human experience.

Very easy and simple user interface.
Many areas have been able to be streamlined which improved efficiency. This has allowed us to have more productive and happy employees
AI is here and is not going anywhere. SAP provides a plethora of AI capabilities and it looks to be continually growing. The plan is to safely and slowly include AI into everyday processes to provide more efficient experiences
