  • Learning module is robust and flexible
  • Reporting and Analytics
  • Performance - easy to use

Cons

  • People Stories still needs some development to improve
  • Just implemented - so far employee experience, ease of use, automation of tasks, org structure and data have improved
LMS admin user interface can be improved
Easier to maintain system and select functionality that will be useful with bi- annual releases.
We are at the beginning of determining our AI strategy and how we will leverage this functionality.
