Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

The go-to tool for business employee management.
We capture learning progress, new employee capabilities, and formal training via SAP SuccessFactors.
Our HR utilizes its basic functions regarding employees, as well as managing payroll, accounting, reporting. Their feedback is that they enjoy it even more when things are centralized in one place and with SAP SuccessFactors it is possible.

  • Easy to understand structure
It definitely does not look the greatest and the most welcoming. However, having all tools in one space is challenging so it is understandable. Besides, for users it can be tailored to have simplified view with only what is needed.
Be ready, as in any SAP system, to login many times.
We see a decrease in repetitive tasks and actions due to workflow.
It solves the issues with management of shift-specific workers and different contracts in various countries in one place.
AI suggestions are helpful when creating new ways of capturing employee training.
Security features are rich, views are customizable, goes along laws and common practices.
We have not largely used it yet, but we hope that it will boost self-learning process and expand libraries of courses that we already have.
It is always difficult to come up with proper descriptions for roles, positions, projects, and courses, AI sometimes already manages these things but not fully.

It is easy to track performance & attendance, tasks, goals and trainings for each department and employee in one tool. Easy to access for every user and every department. Great management tool for external, shift, and other special cases of workers that require monitoring or reporting. Easy and intuitive clock-in and out system.
Setting up the environment does not feel clunky and is user-friendly.
