We use it to have performance reviews of all the employees of the company, and to have their skills evaluated. This helps us to know the employees better and when we have some business needs in the company we can always have the best team to do a job. This helps us to do better the projects

SAP SuccessFactors has allowed us to standardize several recurring tasks in Hhrr department. This has helped us to improve the quality and efficiency, and saving time and money. Provides us more productivity and of course this has helped to increase our communication with our team effectively. In general it is good practice
We use SAP SuccessFactors in Some of the hhrr processes, where we believe it could help us. As an example of this, we have used in skills analysis, to have the skills of the people well known. But we also are evaluating it to use it as an overall employee portal
