Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

We use it to have performance reviews of all the employees of the company, and to have their skills evaluated. This helps us to know the employees better and when we have some business needs in the company we can always have the best team to do a job. This helps us to do better the projects

SAP SuccessFactors is Easy to use, the interface is well known for all the employees, and according to some internal surveys the employees are happy to use it. They have more flexibility and relationships with Hhrr department, and also they can set up their skills easily. In general the overall experience is good
SAP SuccessFactors has allowed us to standardize several recurring tasks in Hhrr department. This has helped us to improve the quality and efficiency, and saving time and money. Provides us more productivity and of course this has helped to increase our communication with our team effectively. In general it is good practice
We use SAP SuccessFactors in Some of the hhrr processes, where we believe it could help us. As an example of this, we have used in skills analysis, to have the skills of the people well known. But we also are evaluating it to use it as an overall employee portal
it is important to highlight the areas where SAP SuccessFactors excels: extensive modular functionality, strong integration with other SAP products, and advanced analytics capabilities.• Advantages: Integration with the SAP ecosystem, customization, and support for complex business processes.Each of these solutions has its own strengths and may be better suited for different types of organizations depending on their specific needs, company size, and available budget.
