Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors HCM

Payroll, talent management, recruitment, onboarding, performance & goals. Allows us to manage a diverse workforce across different brands all under the one system with integration between platforms so data flows easily between them.

Pros

Cons

  • Support ending for on premise solutions in the future is not ideal
  • automation of tasks
  • increased HR productivity
In some areas it is not the easiest to navigate, though this could be due to us not having the full version of Successfactors
It has improved our onboarding process, removing the manual workload
We plan to incorporate it into our recruiting and payroll and believe it will greatly increase the productivity of our TA and Payroll teams allowing them to focus on more value adding tasks.
