Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors HCM

Recruitment and Onboarding modules for talent acquisition and onboarding at scale across our organisation. Large internal talent teamfilling large volume of vacancies.

Pros

  • one process
  • compliance built in
  • integration with other modules and organisational systems

Cons

  • reporting - is quite port to inform strategy
  • ease of updating of basic fields
  • doesn't support integration to Seek platform
i think that in a repetitive space, there are many areas of improvement - whenlooking at our module
