Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors HCM

SF was launched in the company since 3 years ago, and the program is still going on rolling out to all the business areas. Preciously the employees master data and payroll are managed in various legacy systems which increased the complexity of support and

The project went live with MVP. There are a lot of improvement areas.
