Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors HCM

We use it within our organization. SAP SuccessFactors HCM has made our HRM manageable and helped bring a lot of visibility into our operations processes. From time management to appraisals, organization wide we utilize this tool. In the coming year We hope to use other features within the tool as well for maximum utilization. We have gone paperless, saving a lot of expense, with SAP SF
