We use SAP SuccessFactors HCM in our organization to run, manage and operate employee related HR processes. It is used for various purposes like
1) Manage leave management system
2) Display employee information related to previous experience, education, salary break up
3) Workflows for other employee related requests to concern seniors in heirary
4) To run training related programs throughout the year and record the status in SAP SuccessFactors HCM
Hence, it is ideal to run various employee related activities using SAP SuccessFactors HCM suite and is not restricted to above mentioned activities.

- Leave Management system is wholesome part of software suite
- Salary related activities like appraisals and taxation related information can be managed and displayed
- Trainings to be imparted can be controlled via success factor
- Employee related reports can be generated by admin users
Cons
- The menu heirarchy can be improved since it's complicated
- The little bugs related to validations are although organization specific but can be managed better
- In order to use the platform users need to be given training
- Automation of HR processes
- Employees can easily manage their leaves and track the same via platform without consulting HR in-person
- Easy to apply for benefits like special loan, redemption of funds like EPF.
SAP SuccessFactors HCM localised platform comes in handy to have great operational efficiency as it ensures high reliability, efficiency and almost failure resistant ecosystem for users who are the stakeholders of the software platform. It is easy to use and quick enough to check things up for an employee post logging onto the platform.
We as an organization are new to AI and our organization is aiming to provide training to IT to understand the AI based technology learnings. This will enable the management to use AI through IT for improve business areas like track employee related finances/cost center, take employee related decision powered by AI.
