I used SAP SuccessFactors HCM in a previous role in HR learning and performance modules. I needed it to allocate the adequate courses to people and to generate reports or track progress within the organization.

- It has made it easier to track performance evaluations and assess the ratings bell curve which facilitates decision making
- It has made training more accessible to employees across all locations where the catalogue was not visible before
- It allowed top management to discover further talented candidates that would have otherwise not been considered for positions
Suggesting training based on the candidate's profile or goals for next year for example.
