Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors HCM

We use SAP SuccessFactors HCM to manage our people and allow access to employee information and learning for everyone across the company.

Pros

  • Ease of use
  • ability to provide customizations to our company
  • Improved employee experience
  • Ease of access for all employees to view job details and company info
