Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors HCM

We are an SAP SuccessFactors HCM partner and user. Internally we leverage the EC module to centralise our core data and externally we support organisations to deploy all modules including tailored services specific for them. We also have a dedicated products organisation committed to bringing innovations to existing SAP landscape and enhancing the use of SuccessFactors

With the newer updates it looks a lot more user friendly. The universal search bar is also fantastic to support customers to find things with ease and minimise the number of clicks needed. The mobile app is also effective for quick decisions required and booking leave etc from the comfort of your home
Long term we want to be an AI-led business that puts AI at the heart of key processes and leads with it. Currently with legacy infrastructure challenge this can be difficult however with SAP embedding multiple use cases it is becoming easier over time to use the newer functionality available
Workday in my view is more user friendly however lacks the depth of functionality you need for real business. SAP is far stronger on configuration options, integration and overall connectivity. It is also now leading on the forefront of AI innovation which will massively support what the market is leaning towards and looking for

The scenarios where I feel best suited are around an integrated HR and Pay platform. Time tracking could be stronger and once that's in play it will provide a far stronger proposition for customers. Recruiting platform is also not best in class against its competitors. A better interface would support us long term.
