Internally we leverage the EC module to centralise our core data and externally we support organisations to deploy all modules including tailored services specific for them. We also have a dedicated products organisation committed to bringing innovations to existing SAP landscape and enhancing the use of SuccessFactors

Long term we want to be an AI-led business that puts AI at the heart of key processes and leads with it. Currently with legacy infrastructure challenge this can be difficult however with SAP embedding multiple use cases it is becoming easier over time to use the newer functionality available
Workday in my view is more user friendly however lacks the depth of functionality you need for real business. SAP is far stronger on configuration options, integration and overall connectivity. It is also now leading on the forefront of AI innovation which will massively support what the market is leaning towards and looking for
