well established, used daily. use problems with payroll intergation and usability

Pros

  • the basis are easy, changing information, booking holiday
  • moderation at talent and performance are great features
  • Proxy Access

Cons

  • reporting is slow and complicated for HR
  • can't remove some notification and that litter the home page
  • Approval route are hard to identify
  • aligned goal management
  • org structure and position management
  • better governance
its got good usability but you do need to understand where things are
yes we have but I want involve in that project
