Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors HCM

We use the SAP SuccessFactors HCM suite but most recently we have implemented Employee Central, the HR module. All of the suite products and especially EC helped us as a company to start using and promoting employee self service. This made paper forms a thing of the past and speeds up all of the processes like recruitment, onboarding, new starter processes, promotion and lever processes.
