Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors HCM

I like how this tool interact and works. UI is perfectly designed to maintain and record leaves , attendance in very easy and effective way. It provides perfect data for analysis and provides report as well. Implementation is hassle free and very convinient to work with.

Pros

  • User intuitive platform , simple and easy to handle.
  • Perfect employee management tools with a good interface.
  • Easy to integrate with Gmail and calendar applications. We can access it through mobile as well very smoothly.

Cons

  • Little performance issues encounter while generating the reports, making billing statements.
  • There is nothing new we can see on the environment in a very long span. Many products we have in market those are doing same thing.
  • Simply adding of workflow to make things automated is one of the most added advantage.
  • The product is very secure for HR solutions and good level of customization is available.
The rating is due to the interface experience and the ease of use of this product. Very capable product, like an all-in-one thing in one place. Mobile-friendly application that provides mobile access to a user , which is also a very smooth and helpful application.
Yes we do implement few workflows to see the capability and reduce the manforce activities like generating automated reports.

It is perfect and provide a wide ability to see the insights of the team or organization. Best for any large organization and we never saw much issues while working; very consistent product.

Using SAP SuccessFactors HCM

100 - This product is used by our HR team to manage the complete data and human workforce information from when they start till they end the job in the company particularly. The whole lifecycle insights data are stored into this.
5 - It is extremely easy , wuick manageable and integerated product so I believe basic platform management and cloud skills can help person to use this effectiveley.
  • Management of Employee lifecycle in company
  • Highly scalable and approx no downtime noticed yet.
  • Customizable based on our requirement, and we can integrate this with our payroll platform as well easily for the work.
This rating is full on the seamless experience that we got by using this product. UI is easy , manageable , integerable and remove manual dependency.
