Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors HCM

customisation on email notifications are unable to use custom tokens

Pros

  • single point of contact for employee
  • visuals and displaying infomation

Cons

  • information and updtes in the release notes for h1/h2
working well - still using the live system in its infancy
basic questions and employee interactions
