Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors HCM
SAP SuccessFactors allowed our organization to move from paper based and excel based processes, allowed for full digitization and optimization of our workforce management, it increased user adoption, compliance to legal international legislation as well as GDPR. It empowered our employees in new ways of working and allowed for our business to be in the 21 century. From a practical perspective, it also allowed us to address several social economic factors, such as gender pay gap reporting, health and safety regulations reporting and improvements.
