Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors HCM

SAP SuccessFactors allowed our organization to move from paper based and excel based processes, allowed for full digitization and optimization of our workforce management, it increased user adoption, compliance to legal international legislation as well as GDPR. It empowered our employees in new ways of working and allowed for our business to be in the 21 century. From a practical perspective, it also allowed us to address several social economic factors, such as gender pay gap reporting, health and safety regulations reporting and improvements.

it is the only system currently on the market that can be customized and integrated to a level that really benefits an organization
Although it has the capabilities and potential to achieve this in the future, I don't think that Joule is "there" yet

SAP SuccessFactors HCM is considered a "best of breed" for a reason, the fact that it does allow for in-depth customization, and it's ability to be tailored not only to individual business needs, but also it allows for best practice follow up, while ensuring organisations remain compliant with several legal requirements
