Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors HCM

I have used SAP SuccessFactors HCM for a while and i am happy to see how secured employee data is, the interface is modern and use friendly for all. the product has significantly addressed data storage problem and excellent governance around data. Helps with great analytics as well.

When i need standard reporting for analysis, all i have to do is go into the sofware and spool the report. It stores data lineage for all employees, at one click i can see the history of an employee. With AI introduced, a lot of automation can be done.
