Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors HCM

We use SAP SuccessFactors HCM for employee central as our main module across all of our branches. Allows for one system for reporting and management. Processes can be streamlines between branches to allow for a common user experience.

Pros

  • Access anywhere
  • Can be branded
  • Allows a common experience

Cons

  • Better agency process
  • RBP unable to add come countries
  • RCM > ONB > EC integrations sometimes lacking
System is easy to use if you don't complicate. If your business process is more complicated it can be a little harder to configure.
At the moment our company is exploring AI, we are not ready to bring this in to our HR function
