As a manager, I utilise SAP SuccessFactors to manage the 50+ people that I am responsible for. This includes HR data changes as well as annual compensation, performance and goal setting processes.
I also utilise to recruit staff and onboard them into the organisation.
Finally I use reporting tools to get HR metrics that I utilise in various ways in my role.

I'm expecting AI to be embedded to assist typical processes as well as GenAI being used to help usability and navigate users to complete everyday tasks easily.
