Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors HCM

As a manager, I utilise SAP SuccessFactors to manage the 50+ people that I am responsible for. This includes HR data changes as well as annual compensation, performance and goal setting processes.
I also utilise to recruit staff and onboard them into the organisation.
Finally I use reporting tools to get HR metrics that I utilise in various ways in my role.

Cons

  • User experience in Recruiting
  • Managers take direct action without the need for HR
  • Data is available to managers
  • Employees can maintain their own data
It is getting better all the time but a couple of areas could do with improving further.
Core HR - yes.
Time and Payroll - not yet.
Ease of use and better employee experience. Able to adopt new features quicker
I'm expecting AI to be embedded to assist typical processes as well as GenAI being used to help usability and navigate users to complete everyday tasks easily.

Good user experience. Lots of new features each year. AI is becoming more embedded. Useful information is presented at the right step in the process to support taking action.
