I mostly use it for hiring processes, onboarding and performance management and it helps with tracking employee data, managing learning assignments, and scheduling interviews.
Pros
- it automatically shows the organizational chart so I know who to send what
- it has tons of features that matched exactly what my company needed
- i liked that I could easily fix mistakes and check past performance scores anytime
Cons
- there’s no ease of access, you kind of have to scroll and check manually
- it’s costly, especially for smaller businesses
- sometimes it is complex to customize
- it saved a lot of time by automating things like job postings and applicant tracking
- it helped us stay organized and made HR work less stressful
- the centralized system reduced back-and-forth and improved how we manage employee data
It calculates performance scores automatically, which is super helpful. I could see progress on goals and past records easily.
