Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors HCM

We use it for the HR Function. Not a friendly tool and seems not integrated to the overall SAP system. I cant see reports for my lower level staff

Pros

  • Has Employee data
  • Good for appraisal
  • Has SAP team support

Cons

  • Does not give me lower level staff appraisal
  • always have to call HR to solve issues
  • not robust enough in my view
I don't see it as a world class tool compared to what I used in my previous Company
I am a Finance Leader so my feedback is based on my use as a Manager.
