Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors HCM

We use Recruitment and Performance Management - The workflows, document storage and easy interface are improvements over the paper-based process. Recruitment makes the application process easily available for applicants and the internal recruitment panel.

In general user-friendly, maybe some screens are too cluttered (e.g. when ranking candidates and viewing their applications)
No - SuccessFactors NPO payroll with EVE and PBC is preventing us from using this! :(
