Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors HCM
So I have been using this for 4 years in different companies. They mostly use it to track performance of employees by creating yearly goals and thereby tracking the progress. So use cases like employee performance management, tracking progress, goals, reaching milestones, etc. Is monitored

- Performance of the UI
- The web interface has to be improved - can be made modular
- Progress tracking is a bit slow, shows progress sometime later
- Easy to track your appraisals , performance and goals. Hence HR engagement feels real
- Automated updates of the compensation is great
That would be great, I believe as AI is all over now. AI based predictions on next appraisal, goals tracking would be so great. I believe the platform then would perform even more faster and transparency would improve
I would envision of UI improvements first of all based on user inputs, sampled and then generated. I would also envision prediction of appraisal percentage based on past history

Using SAP SuccessFactors HCM
Every year we need to use this application to fill our yearly, quarterly goals. By the end of the year we need to show how much of the goals are achieved. This is helpful in monitoring our overall progress which is helpful for the management to track our performances. This thereby helps in keeping transparency in the organisation hierarchy
Initial learning requires some training by someone senior in the team who has idea on how to put up goals for a financial year. Also we need some understanding about yearly training sessions to complete which are mandate. So basic knowledge of software is fine and also some more knowledge from some senior in the team is fine to go with the tool

- Improved transparency is one of the innovative way I would say
- proper workflow management to keep track of the compensation revision
- Also payroll is managed in a modular fashion, easy to understand and go through
- I would say sometimes I face a bit lag, that could be improvised
- Also yearly mandate trainings, we could send over emails for reminders
- Sometimes the process takes a bit longer to notify about training completions, that could be improved
