Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors HCM

We use talent management and the hiring platform of SuccessFactors. It is really easy and seamless to work in between different users and having the proper controls in place. Also all approvals are automated and predefined. It contains employee records and as well help us identify gaps in skills to provide better workforce.

The reason is that payroll cannot run PBC and EVE still, since we have a very complicated entitlements structure.
I really like the Employee self service options and user friendliness, generating the pay slip and other employee details.
I would imagine that AI would help with the succession options. Staff has different mandates and it is hard to plan when to replace them. I assume that with AI this would be easily achieved. Also review the policies and harmonize them. Additionally, it would help track and suggest employee development options through courses.
They are pretty similar in options, but SuccessFactors gives you the opportunity to easily manage the whole recruitment process. I really like the posting of Job adds on employment platforms option. The employee self service is something that can be improved in terms of UI. Lastly, SuccessFactors is great for Performance Management with its difference cycle possibilities.

Yes

Recruitment is very easily done using the SuccessFactors. You can manage, update and start new Job Descriptions easily. Get approvals before the Job is being advertised. It helps create the long, short listing of candidates and organize the whole process easily.
Learning and development is another well working part of the Successfactors.
