SAP SuccessFactors HCM is used for all personnel in the company

Pros

  • In my opinion, SAP SuccessFactors HCM does Appraisals well.
  • SAP SuccessFactors HCM helps us manage tasks

Cons

  • In my experience, SAP SuccessFactors HCM has room for improvement with competence management
  • Increase HR productivity
  • automate task setting
We are not fully using all the modules available in SAP SuccessFactors HCM
We are still On-prem
This will be a huge benefit to us. It is a future consideration.
