Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors HCM
We use SuccessFactors in order to manage our HR processes, from Hiring to Onboarding and as a single source of trust for our employee master data. It is a very convenient tool for us, as it streamlines our operations, integrating easily with the rest of our SAP landscape, and it is very accessible and user friendly even without an IT background.

It was all advantages, for example we do not have sensitive information available in our ECC system anymore.
Very excited about what's to come in this area. I think this is going to be a game changer for our HR team, improving performance, facilitating the overall management of sensitive personal details, providing additional visibility that requires specific interactions today. I have seen some demos and I cannot wait for this technology to be available for us.
