Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors HCM

We use SuccessFactors in order to manage our HR processes, from Hiring to Onboarding and as a single source of trust for our employee master data. It is a very convenient tool for us, as it streamlines our operations, integrating easily with the rest of our SAP landscape, and it is very accessible and user friendly even without an IT background.

It is really good, there's space for improvement, as it's sometimes too complex, and not that integrated with the rest of the SAP landscape (understandable as it's a very different type of technology) but I feel it is really going in the right direction, and very curious about AI integration, hopefully in the near future.
It was all advantages, for example we do not have sensitive information available in our ECC system anymore.
Very excited about what's to come in this area. I think this is going to be a game changer for our HR team, improving performance, facilitating the overall management of sensitive personal details, providing additional visibility that requires specific interactions today. I have seen some demos and I cannot wait for this technology to be available for us.

Yes

It allows us to easily trigger the hiring process, from the start, going through the new position approval workflow, defining the position details, from requirements to job level, including the hiring and offboarding. Not that easy to integrate with our Identity Management platform to manage for example employees moving positions, or to integrate external consultants, that need to be managed separately.
