Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors HCM

Our company uses SAP SuccessFactors HCM for a majority of our HR processes. Using SAP SuccessFactors HCM streamlines the process for these processes for us.

Pros

  • In my opinion, SAP SuccessFactors HCM does Learning Management well
  • I think Documenting in SAP SuccessFactors HCM is done well
  • In my experience, SAP SuccessFactors HCM does well with Performance Appraisals in our organization

Cons

  • In my opinion, SAP SuccessFactors HCM has room for improved with Interconnectivity with other vendors
  • In our organization. SAP SuccessFactors HCM positively impacted our Processing Time
I gave this usability rating because, in my opinion, SAP SuccessFactors HCM can be a bit confusing if you aren't familiar with SAP
