Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors HCM
We're rolling out SuccessFactors to our group brands and locations worldwide, to replace legacy/redundant legacy systems, harmonize and leverage global data and processes. This includes multiple modules, except Time & Payroll and some newer/niche features (e.g. apprentice management) due to prioritization.
Pros
- Global template + Local Templates in Employee Central
- Recruiting - Onboarding - Employee Central integration
- People Analytics (story reports)
Cons
- Localization of talent forms
- Integration Center could be easier to use and troubleshoot (UI)
- Import/Export more elements, e.g. CPM (some are only available via API, or not at all)
- Reduction of costs with multiple redundant systems
Yes, it was not always smooth because of ERP customizations in place for the multiple local systems, but workarounds can be used to migrate all data
