Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors HCM

We only use the Learning Management System today. This supports compliance across our heavily regulated learning environment

Pros

  • Validated System for Pharma
  • Assigning Learning to Users

Cons

  • Full integration with SuccessFactors vs BizX and LMS from old Plateau Architecture
  • More user friendly, hire a UX designer to reshape the system
  • ensures compliance with FDA
user experience is substandard but meets the needs of auditors
we did this for learning only and leverage and started in the Cloud
would love to see more robust agentic AI to help administrators conduct transactions more effiecently
