Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors HCM
Full scope solution. Just about everything we need can be covered with a SF product or partner. We are nearly a full suite from EC, CDP, PMGM, COMP, LMS, ONB.
Pros
- Customization/Configuration Options in EC are flexible
- Mostly easy interface for end users
Cons
- Consistency across modules. Each module may have a different UI or need a different way to manage on the back end
- Reporting is limited. Even with Story and WFA, there are limitations with what tables can be connected.
- Constantly changing priorities with SAP we can't keep up. Qualtrics was the future, then its not. Constant interface changes and features, like New People Profile. Onboarding 1.0 to 2.0 and major functionality changes without a migration plan
- Streamlined workflows reduced paper based
